Guess the egg wasn't an April Fool because it's still there in Finland!  The second Golden Eagle cam (Eagle 5) was started a couple of days ago and look who showed up today to start nest building.  The height of this nest almost makes me nauseous. Tongue  Denise

More visits to the Finland nest.  (Although I reference 1 on the pics, this is actually Golden Eagle cam 5.)  Love the wings.  Denise

Thanks for the great photos Denise.  I have trouble accessing this cam.  It's very on/off for me so appreciate these shots of such a magnificent raptor.  Veronica

Lots of work on the nest in Finland.  These were from the 6th, but it warmed up quite a bit on the 7th.  Denise

Thanks Denise...these European kestrels are totally different from those in U.S.  They are 3 times as big but just as beautiful.  I just love them.  Veronica

Welcome to Minne"snow"ta, land of the never ending winter!  This ice moved all around the lens.  This is an osprey platform at Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota.
