Is the cam on? The dailies looked like old ones too.

It's nice to have it on early to see if the geese try to take over the nest. At one nest, a goose egg was included in the osprey clutch and hatched but the gosling didn't make it. It's more humane if the eggs are moved before the osprey show up.

Any news on the cam Amy? "My" ospreys are almost all back. The Xcel osprey are usually back early so I'm guessing they are back. What's up???

Just came online and started checking the nest cams. I automatically checked the osprey cam, and there was an osprey! The cam is back! Thank you, Amy!

Our season has begun! Any clear photo shots of the legs would be appreciated to confirm if they are banded or not. The past pair have been unbanded. We'd like to know if there is still an unbanded pair at this nest. The best would be one of photo of both pairs of legs, but beggers can't be choosers! If you see nesting material brought in or copulation, please save and post. Thanks! What a dope I am...any egg photos of course are appreciated!

Without bands, it's impossible to tell. It looks like they don't have bands from the photos I've seen so far. It would be nice if they stood together and showed their ankles like they did a couple of years ago.
This new cam is making it easier to spot the eggs! These guys really like the bright red fish.
