Mrs. T laid her first egg of 2025 at 1:41 PM today, sheltering it from the cold rain that beaded on her back and rolled down her feathers as she laid it. The incoming storm might drop three to four inches of snow on her nest, but the egg will stay warm and dry beneath her.
